Online orders are accepted for the continuous US only. If you need shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, or anywhere else in the world, please call the Order Desk, or request a quote.

Fax your request for a quote with all the appropriate information included to: 909-421-0249. Be sure to include a phone number where you can be reached.

Delivery
- If products are in stock, they will ship within 3 – 5 business days.
- If products need to be manufactured,
- Please allow 2 – 3 weeks to manufacture smooth stakes
- Please allow 4 – 6 weeks to manufacture rebar stakes
- Will Call – Monday – Friday: 7am – 2pm. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY – PLEASE CALL.
Hogan Company is a manufacturing facility. There are NO Customer walk-ins. If you have placed an order for will call, please pick up your order in the back of the building.

Shipping Information
- Shipping for orders weighing less that 120 lbs may be shipped UPS / FedEx Ground.
- Most shipping over 120 lbs in the United States is done by common carrier. The product will arrive on a standard pallet, shrink wrapped. Shipping is FOB Bloomington, CA.
- We need a physical street address for shipping, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- If you need expedited shipping, please call the order desk or contact us.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and International customers, please request a quote and we will quote you pricing along with shipping.

How Freight Costs Are Determined
Freight costs are determined by weight. When you check out, your freight costs will be calculated for you. If your order is over 120 lbs, you can request a quote to obtain the best possible rate.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns for exchange or refund must be made within 30 days of shipping date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Call for return authorization. No return will be accepted without a return authorization.
Shipping fees and a 40% restocking fee will be charged on all exchanges.
REBAR ITEMS AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
